Aaron Baker World Cycling Tour Kick Off
Casa Colina was pleased to host para-athlete, spinal cord injury (SCI) advocate and Author (The Rebellious Recovery) Aaron Baker for a Q&A session with patients. Baker spoke to individuals with SCI and other neurological conditions, focusing on how to keep a positive attitude in the wake of their injury and overcoming perceived limitations. He also discussed his foundation's World Cycling Tour, which will see him cycle from California, across the United States, and then to global destinations. Several riders from Casa Colina, including staff and patients, joined Baker for the first leg, cycling from Upland to Rancho Cucamonga.

What a story
I first heard this couple's story several years ago when I saw them being interviewed by Priscilla Shorter. I read their first book, Hope Heals, and am currently reading their newest book, Suffer Strong. I'm in awe of their story.....of God's goodness and faithfulness to them and their extraordinary willingness to look for and find God's purposes for them. Jay and Katherine, thank you for sharing your story. May God continue to use you for His glory!

I find the Wolf's sooo inspirational. Living with any type of facial palsy is extremely difficult (I have some of that from a tumor surgery). Bless them both!
